Statement of Accountability for Nordic Booster AS
Nordic Booster AS acknowledges its responsibility as a key player in the production of battery-powered chargers for large electric vehicles, and commits to addressing potential negative consequences of its operations. We take our corporate social responsibility seriously and have implemented a range of measures to minimize negative impacts and contribute to the green transition.
1. Systems for Receiving and Handling Complaints
We have systems in place to receive and handle complaints from customers, stakeholders and the community. Our goal is to ensure rapid response, thorough investigation of concerns and transparent communication throughout the process. Complaint handling is integrated into our quality management, and we improve our systems based on feedback.
